I love a good story about men staking their claim on the women they want. Breaking down the woman's sexual inhibitions and having them wanting it just as much or more as the man. Take out the crashed spaceship and you remove the extent of the sci fi - so Asimov fans beware. The rest is zoology really. Quite well written, but short and basic. Happy to read it to the end, but wouldn't buy an more like this.
I liked this story but it's definitely not for everyone. If you like sci-fi erotica with the rough kink of dubious consent, this story will fill that spot for you. I have a friend who calls this stuff pictureless porn, and that it is, except for those very graphic images you create in your mind as you eat this story up. If you like the themes of dubious consent, being stranded, bondage, and heavy domination under the hands of a tough and dangerous man, you will probably like this story. It's around 40 kindle pages, but it's full of hard, raw and dirty erotica.
I have to warn you that it does have a lot of anal play, rimming, etc., in case that's not your thing. Loads of dirty talk and animalistic licking. I've never read a story where the guy virtually licks the woman, head to toe. Also, I have to mention there are a few typos, but the action is so hot and the story and Callis are so in your face that you soon overlook those things. Another thing to note is that the story stops almost abruptly, with no strict or clear resolution or outcome. Now this could mean a continuation of the story at some point; I don't know. In any case, I enjoyed this story and this rough and dominating man. It gave me several themes I really love, and for the price, it gave me an arousing and interesting erotic read. Really no complaints, other than I wish it hadn't ended.

The raw emotion in this book was phenomenal! I could not put it down! The intense imagery made me want to look up old acquaintances... or quickly make some new ones. It is rare to find something erotic that a female would like. The one is a winner.
It seams that the author made this to short don't get me wrong it is a very well written story .the fact is that's my only complaint.....
I give this book 3 stars instead of 4 because of the length. I wish there was more to it. However, there is plenty of erotica to make up for lack of more story. This book is not for the easily embarrassed or shy. Callis is the strong overbearing dominate character that makes you fantasize about what you would do with him. All I can say is Yummy. I will be reading more from this Author.
Let me just say I have read this author and was expecting a decently entertaining read. I was tuned in, turned on and wrapped up in this main hero's wanton need for his woman. I really got a wildly urgent sense from the male character that he wanted this woman in a desperately crazy way. Ladies most men could take a lesson from this male character because his licking strategy is ON Point! This author has also been able to write a decent plot with explosive sexual tension. I wish it could have been a longer read. This is a short, hardcore extremely erotically charged read--maniacally so, as this male hero Callis was seriously hard up for a woman. Can I please find a man in sexual need like Callis? Alas only fictional heroines are so lucky. Buy this book it won't disappoint.
